ADM starts its activity in 1998 in Padova, under the initiative of Alessandro Allamprese Manes Rossi, Teresa Donofrio and Guglielmo Martinelli, initially as an association of professional Chartered Accountants and Auditors.

From the beginning ADM realizes the need to create an integrated advisory structure able to assist its clients in business, corporate, tax and financial areas, focusing attention and dedication on services that go beyond those typically offered by a Chartered Accountant’s firm.

This need becomes the goal pursued thanks to the dimensional growth of ADM: therefore a great importance is given to corporate advisory that has its cornerstone in internal control, a valid instrument addressed to entrepreneurs through customized support in their short, medium and long term strategic decisions. In this context, thanks to the knowledge acquired and the numerous contacts with high level specialists of Veneto banking system, ADM offers appropriate answers to all corporate decisions, especially those concerning the financial area: specializing in corporate finance is the necessary key element to pursue a full internal control: ADM manages all banking relations on behalf of its Clients.

In this highly dynamic perspective, that leads ADM to an exponential growth, particular attention is given to both Italian and common law evolution with a specific interest on Trust. On the other hand all legal aspects are conducted by local Notary and Law firms, which are in direct partnership with ADM.
